In recent weeks an open complaint letter from Tennis Pro Arthur Hicks to LIAT (Leeward Island Air Transport) found its way into the hands of Sir Richard Branson founder of Virgin Airlines.

Sir Richard tweeted the letter to more than 3 million of his followers on Twitter and the letter went viral.
